To achieve the objectives of the projects an interdisciplinary approach is required, which means close collaboration between different scientific groups and graduate schools from Wageningen University and African University Partners. They are represented in the steering committee of the program. The overall coordination of the program is headed by Wageningen University – chair group Environmental Policy. The program manager is Dr. Peter Oosterveer.
The PROVIDE project is funded by INREF, the development oriented Interdisciplinary Research and Education Fund of Wageningen University.
